The DataGroup Solutions Membership module provides functionality for organisations who maintain a membership file. Built using Solomon's Visual Basic Toolkit the module is 100% integrated into Solomon and maintains the exact same look and feel.

Functionality includes:

• Members can be maintained as Debtors or held within a separate Contact Management module.

• Support for multiple membership types (e.g. adult, child, family, life) each with their own set of rules and defaults.

• Range of membership terms (e.g. expiry date can be first day of a set month, last day of a set month, based on the join date, a specific date, + more).

• Generation of reports to identify memberships that expire in an upcoming period.

• Auto-generation of AR invoices for memberships that expire in an up coming period.

• Payment Application customisation to create membership records when memberships funds are paid.

• Optional Membership Card printing.

• Multi Currency enabled
